Our Christmas card shows a seemingly perfect team photo. A single moment, frozen in time: everyone is standing correctly, the sparkler is burning, and everyone is smiling. But as is so often the case, the result only tells a fraction of the story behind it.
Because the really exciting stuff happens before the photo is taken:
How we decorated together, how we searched for the right perspective, how the sparkler didn't want to do what we wanted it to do—but how laughter, minor mishaps, and spontaneous ideas shaped the mood. It is precisely there, in the lively chaos, that what we later call "team culture" emerges.
Our making-of shows exactly that: the path to the picture. And this path tells us much more than the final snapshot. It shows humor, authenticity, collaboration—and that certain "out of the box" chaos that defines us as a team.
That's why this year we're not just sharing the finished photo, but above all the story behind it. Because storytelling doesn't work through perfection, but through genuine moments.
Merry Christmas – and enjoy this glimpse behind the scenes!
