For our agency in Altstätten we are looking for an intern in Marketing / Assistance.

We are looking for a communicative and committed worker for this varied role. You have a talent for organization and a very good command of German and English (any other language is an advantage). 

If a structured and meticulous way of working, along with good knowledge of MS Office applications and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, are a matter of course for you, then don't hesitate to apply to us.

Your tasks

  • Assistant to the management/owner
  • Supporting the managing directors in all organizational and administrative tasks
  • Business filing, e-mail distribution and telephone switchboard
  • General correspondence
  • Maintaining social media content
  • Various administrative tasks & errands
  • Assistance with advertising planning
  • Checking invoices
  • Create and send mailings
  • Management and preparation of advertising material
  • Edit photo and video material
  • Preparation of advertising campaigns

Your experience & personality

  • You work independently, are agile, eager to learn and conscientious
  • You show initiative and are motivated to make a difference together
  • The world of graphics, branding, slogans and social media inspires you
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You use digital tools such as MS Office without any problems
  • Photoshop is no foreign word for you
  • You enjoy interacting with new people and appreciate a dynamic environment
