Initial situation

Marieke and Alen, two young entrepreneurs, came to us with a clear vision and a novel idea: their specially developed cooking tweezers, robust, precise and beautifully shaped, were intended to take cooking, serving and grilling to a new level, not only for professional chefs but also for amateur chefs. 

The Tweezy combines functionality with style: heat-resistant, with perfect spring pressure and well thought-out ergonomics - developed and produced in Switzerland. 

They were looking for a partner who understood the idea and could bring it to life strategically, creatively and communicatively. It quickly became clear that Bureau54 was the right agency for the job.

Together with Tweezy, we developed a strong brand identity and a visual concept that combines the values of function, quality and authenticity:

  • Branding & strategy: A timeless, strong logo with a clear figurative mark as well as a targeted target group analysis and positioning.
  • Web design: A reduced, modern website with a focus on user experience, emotionality and conversion.
  • Packaging & design: High-quality packaging that seamlessly combines product and brand - minimalist but with a strong character.
  • Content creation: A full day of filming with our creator Dimitri, who authentically staged Marieke and Roc, the passionate professional chef and future brand ambassador. The result is video and photo material that makes closeness, passion and craftsmanship tangible.
  • Paid social campaign: A successful performance campaign has been running since the launch, generating reach and effectively promoting the brand.

Insights

The collaboration with Tweezy has shown how powerful brand development can be when product, vision and communication work together. It became particularly clear: Authenticity is crucial today. Instead of models or stock images, the focus was on real personalities. This creates trust and sets the brand apart from the market.
