Gallus Ferd. Rüesch celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023 with the opening of the new Gallus Experience Center and invites customers from all over the world to celebrate the last 100 years.
Bureau54 worked with the Gallus marketing and events team to create a celebration area where customers and employees of the Heidelberg Group and Gallus could come together to celebrate the company's achievements over the last 100 years.
Our task was to create an entertainment and catering area where customers could meet and chat, talk about the company and have a bit of fun.

To this end, we created a food market that attracted international visitors as well as local guests and employees.
With over 1500 guests and staff expected during the week of the event, we had to think big and adapt to different atmospheres. So we created lounge areas to relax and work quietly, entertainment areas for a range of live music performances, a dining and drinking area and, as night turned to day, an area for concerts and dancing.
Working with Angelika Huber and Jana Bachstein from Gallus was a fantastic experience from day one, and together we created an event that we and Gallus will never forget.
Throughout the event we worked with some incredible entertainers such as Enrico Lenzin, Peter Lenzin, Kapelle Alder, Saint City Orchestra and many more. We worked with local partners from our home town of Altstätten as well as entertainers and companies from the wider region of St. Gallen and Eastern Switzerland.
The occasion was not only a customer and employee event, but we also organized part of an open day for Gallus where the public could enjoy a condensed version of the larger event. Families and other visitors were able to learn about the history of Gallus while eating treats from Pfefferbeere and being entertained by Gigeli the Clown.
This was an incredibly rewarding experience after long days and nights working to create something so special. Our customers at Gallus were overjoyed that the event went so well and was better than expected.
