Initial situation

No matter how small the event or how large the trade fair; we have already been able to conceptualize, implement and market a wide variety of events for Hutter Baumaschinen. The aim of events is always to organize an unforgettable occasion for the participants, which not only inspires them during the event, but is also remembered for a long time afterwards. Ultimately, the aim is for customers to be convinced by Hutter's products and to buy them. And that employees can identify with the culture of their employer.

One event that we would like to highlight here was the Hutter employee event, which also delighted customers at home. The Hutter bosses 'sausaged' themselves, surprised customers with homemade sausages at home during Corona and at the same time a 'get-together' of some employees took place. Other events or trade fairs that we were able to implement conceptually with suitable ideas were Baumag 2023 and the outdoor trade fair ÖGA 2022.

Result

On the one hand, a concept for Baumag 2023, which showed the journey of a Hutter container from Japan to Switzerland, and on the other hand with the "Wanderlust" concept for ÖGA 2023, which reflected the most beautiful hikes and viewpoints in Switzerland as a signal and concept component.

Insights

We always end up with the same focal points of an event: an event, a trade fair or even an occasion for employees have the goal of making an impression. To create a stir and arouse interest in advance, to create an unforgettable experience during the event and to be present for a long time after the event. Increasing sales, creating and communicating culture, bringing partners and people closer together and creating added value for everyone involved. For us at B54, it's clear that an event is one of the best marketing tools ever to bring all of this together - a clear goal; more than just a return on investment.
