The leading carpet cleaning company in Switzerland, based in Gais in Appenzellerland. A locally run business that provides its services throughout Switzerland for a wide range of customers, from private clients to large hotel chains in St. Moritz, Davos, Zurich, etc.
Result
Knecht Teppichreinigung initially came to Bureau54 to get an objective opinion on their corporate design and identity. But the aim of a website is not only to look good, but also to attract new customers and generate leads. So we decided to hold a workshop together. The aim was to evaluate who the potential customers really are, what language should be used to address them and what elements should Knecht use to create trust and convince them. What does it take to leave a name and telephone number on a website? Together, we "repositioned" Knecht Carpet Cleaning based on their values and vision. Of course, we also adapted the web design, but a lot of the work was done in the background with the right content and SEO.
