When fans show heart, you want to celebrate it. For FC St. Gallen, we were involved in the conception phase of the season ticket mailing - the mailing that goes out to all current season ticket holders to invite them to renew. But just a letter? Not with us.

The centerpiece of the mailing: a high-quality, iron-on patch with an integrated chip. This patch is more than just a symbol - it is the ticket. The season ticket can be loaded directly onto the chip so that fans can not only wear their love for the club in future, but also gain access to exclusive content that can only be accessed with the patch.
