Thanks to the commitment and passion of the Schnell family, Sternen Apotheke has established itself as an institution in Altstätten over the course of its 30-year history. As part of the generational change in management, they planned a complete rebranding of their family business.

Result
Right from the start, we set ourselves the goal of communicating and visualizing the change and creating a clear new image. To begin with, we created a completely new website, with which we can now make the new brand image accessible to the customer in an appealing way with new employee and product photographs and an adapted color scheme, among other things. We announced the change with a magazine for the reopening and were also able to tell the impressive story of Sternen Apotheke in it. We also planned an event for the store handover.

"A classic, but very exciting project. On the one hand, it was important for us to continue to show the values we brought with us, but at the same time we also wanted to be a 'carte blanche' for the new generation," Bruno Thurnherr, project manager.
