Zünd Systemtechnik is a well-known machine construction company in our bureau home town of Altstätten. Among other things, the company is known worldwide as a leader in the field of cutting-edge cutting systems. The introduction of their new Q-Line, as they call the new cutter system, was to take the form of an international, week-long event.
Customers and partners from all over the world were invited to the launch event of the Q-Line system. A full week of workshops and sales sessions, culminating in the unveiling of the new machine and seeing it in action.
The aim was to create an event that would highlight the product launch and at the same time bring Zünd customers together at the headquarters in Altstätten, Switzerland.
We started with a market hall concept, which lent itself perfectly to Zünd's work halls. The international guests were to be surprised with several market stalls offering a variety of products. In collaboration with Pfefferbeere, an Appenzell catering company that also runs the famous Berggasthaus Aescher, we created a culinary experience that employees and guests would never forget. With a mix of traditional dishes and international flavors, the food and drinks were a highlight.
The highlight of the event was, of course, the official launch of the Q-Line. To the sound of music and smoke, a large curtain opened to reveal the 3-meter Q-Line cutter. The subsequent demonstration of its capabilities amazed customers and guests alike.
As Bureau54, we would of course also like to emphasize that we have done much more for the cutter and for Zünd; as an agency, we were responsible for branding (brand), 3D objects made of concrete, digital appearances, invitations, etc.
For this event, it was important for us to work with local companies to show that Zünd is a family-run business and an important part of the Altstätten community. For this reason, we teamed up with Kühnis Eventtechnik for all technical matters. The Kühnis team brought our vision of the product launch to life and put on an unforgettable show!
